Job Description	MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To provide a secure environment and protect Company’s assets in and around Noamundi / Joda, to ensure smooth conduct of business by OMQ Division. KEY ACTIVITIES: Formulate and implement processes for timely detection, reporting, responding to, resolution and closure of security incidents. Develop Integral operational Intelligence network Assist and extend all support for resolution of all Crisis Management situations. Conduct periodic security threat-risk assessment, review and implement risk mitigation plans. Ensure foolproof physical security arrangements and judicious deployment of resources to ensure optimum security at all sites / Ensure coordination among all security units, including Outsourced Security Agencies. Performance monitoring and contract management of Outsourced Security Agencies Conduct periodic fire risk assessment and review fire mitigation plans. Provide fire management services; conduct periodic mock drills and training on fire prevention & fire fighting. Continuously review & refine Security Procedures and processes Identify and categorise all stakeholders and customers. Develop stakeholders engagement plan Regular Interaction with stakeholders Sign MOU with Customers Identify gap between customer aspiration and deliverables through regular feedback. Formulate and implement plans to handle Law & Order problems, including Dharnas, Strikes, Pickets, Agitations, protests etc. to ensure uninterrupted business Maintain exceptionally good liaison with Police and local Administration. Retain A Quick Reaction Force to deal with spot situations and / or unforeseen contingencies. Formulate / review and implement processes for prevention and timely detection of illegal mining activities. Coordinate with all agencies and stakeholders in prevention of illegal mining. Minimise response time between detection of illegal mining activities and its removal / resolution. Build effective intelligence and surveillance networking for information gathering regarding illegal mining. Ensure close coordination with Police at Thana level Ensure availability of Police during removal of illegal mining. Formulate / review and implement processes for prevention and timely detection of transit theft activities. Coordinate with all agencies and stakeholders in prevention of transit theft Deploy adequate resources for prevention and detection of transit theft. Arrange escorts for rakes, as directed. Brief & debrief rake escorts. Log and follow-up on all incidents of transit theft END RESULTS : Planning and Implementing effective Security Incident Management System Minimise security Incidents and protect Co. assets at Noamundi / Joda Improve CSI Maintain Law & Order Minimise Illegal Mining in Tata Steel Lease areas in Noamundi /Joda Prevent transit theft of raw material at railway siding
Desired Profile	Work experience in Industrial Security function in Managerial capacity. Preference to candidates from Services background like Defence Forces, Para-Military and Police Forces. Graduate in any discipline. Preferably a NCC ‘C’ Certificate holder.

Job Description	MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: This position will work at Tata Steel Group (TSG) level and will create sourcing strategies and contracts for IT Products and Services for Tata Steel Group.
