Job Description	MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: Design & Facilitate various HR/IR processes across the Organization (Business Units) & also benchmark with the best practices across the industry. KEY ACTIVITIES / END RESULTS: Design & implement - framework & process across various levels in the organization ( Business unit) for :- 1. Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition 2. Talent Management & Performance Management systems. 3. Learning & Development & Capability building initiatives. 4. Career Planning initiatives for various functional verticals. 5. Succession Planning & Niche Talent development. 6. Employee engagement 7. To maintain cordial industrial relations in the company. 8. To monitor functioning of various meetings with union at departmental level as well as apex level. 9. To look after the training aspects of company. 10.To be responsible for wage agreement formation. 11. To follow up the court cases relating to Labour courts. 12. To look after the civil cases of company at Civil courts. 13. To deal with DLC and Factory Inspector
Desired Profile	The candidate should have passed PM and IR from recognized institute with 10 years of experience. High Achievement Orientation & Drive for results, Good communication & listening skills, High interpersonal effectiveness & empathy Excellent Team Player
