Job Description	MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To protect / safeguard company's assets (Men, Materials & Machinery) and to control illegal activities at Co's leasehold areas. KEY ACTIVITIES: • Security Assessment of Location / Unit. • Assessment of manpower / security personnel to protect the unit / location. • Planning & organizing security at ISWP and vital / vulnerable areas • Management of Intelligence and Surveillance. • Managing outsource agencies. • Ensure compliance to legal provisions . • Monitoring of the Performance of outsourced Security . • Training of Security and Fire Personnel . • Liaison with local police and Government agencies. • Fire Management and Safety Management • Experience in industrial security function in Managerial capacity. • Crime & Pilferage control • Handling imprompt situations • Resource Management • Maintain Budget of the department END RESULTS: • Theft Control • Control of illegal activities within Company's leasehold areas. • Manage Imprompt situations
Desired Profile	Graduate in any discipline. Preference to candidates from Services background like Defence Forces, Para-Military and Police Forces with 10 yrs of experience in Security.
